 The
Junior Youth Group
is called Youth Living For Jesus (YL4J).
The kids chose this name after attending an Acquire
the Fire tour where the name was used in a skit.
This high energy group participates in regular "Fun
Day" activities that are appropriate for the season
and always include a game or two. Also, the kids eagerly
go beyond BCN
to help with community volunteer projects and to attend
age appropriate youth rallies and conferences.
YL4J
is for youth grades 5 through 8.
"Let no one despise your youth, but be
an example to the believers in word, in conduct,
in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
1 Timothy 4:12
YL4J
meets every Sunday from 5:30 - 7:30 PM
in classroom
#4 (Superchurch
Room) at BCN.
This is an opportunity for our church youth to meet,
have fellowship, food and fun while getting to know
Jesus in a more personal way through age appropriate
lessons. Friends are always welcome!
The youth groups of Believers Chapel North
are guided by essential biblical principles that will equip them for “life
beyond youth group” from a book called, The Seven Checkpoints by
Andy Stanley. These seven life-essential checkpoints are:
