We have a vision to become a healthy body of Christ, benefiting from the five-fold ministry of 'apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers' (Ephesians 4:11), with opportunities for all believers to be equipped for ministry (Ephesians 4:12), 'until we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work' (Ephesians 4:15,16).

We honor and value the example of the Acts 2 church which brings us to greater realization of God's plan: Peter replied, 'Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off ... Save yourselves from this corrupt generation. Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about 3000 were added to their number that day.
